Protocol Collections Document Submission Pro Forma
Further to Protocol Directorate’s Note Verbale A122/23 of 11 May 2023, the Directorate wishes to request that, in the interest of ensuring a swift and efficient handover of documents, the above Pro Forma is completed, in duplicate, clearly listing the documents being delivered, and handed over to Protocol Directorate when delivering documents in-person.
